Cigar City Jai Alai White Oak- Pours copper color with notes of vanilla and light notes of dill to the aroma. There are also moderate notes of vanilla and dill in the flavor profile. The finish is slightly drier due to the light tannin notes from oak aging. A.B.V. 7.5% Tampa, FL

Avery Samaels- This is a super-caramelly, oak-aged English-style strong ale. Perhaps the least hoppy beer they have brewed, to accentuate the malt. The oak is very apparent in this rich and high gravity ale, adding additional depth and complexity with a woody and cask-like nose and a pronounced vanilla flavor on the palate. With the addition of a more roasted malt in 2007, Samaels now delivers subtle bitterness to add balance to the natural sweetness. Cellar able for 10+ years. A.B.V. 15-17% Boulder, CO

Stone Arrogant Bastard Ale- This aggressive ale. You probably won’t like it. It is quite doubtful that you have the taste or sophistication to be able to appreciate an ale of this quality and depth. We would suggest that you stick to safer and more familiar territory–maybe something with a multi-million dollar ad campaign aimed at convincing you it’s made in a little brewery, or one that implies that their tasteless fizzy yellow beverage will give you more sex appeal.
